    LA-HOP.org is a homeless oulieach portal designed to assist people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County with oulieach services.

    Have you seen someone experiencing homelessness and needs help? Notice a homeless person sliuggling with their physical and/or mental health?

    Please use this website (LA-HOP.ORG) to dispatch a homeless services oulieach team to the area. Oulieach workers have many different skills including homeless services navigation, mental health first aid, motivational interviewing, and liauma informed care, among others. Some teams even have physical health, mental health and substance use professionals.
